My Diabetes Exercise Routine for January 2007

Happy New Year!
I have changed around my exercise routine for this month. As I have explained in the past, each month, my workout routine will change to both make it more interesting for me and to ensure the best means of gaining muscles mass through varied angle training.
Days 1 & 4Running2 + miles (if cold, do step machine, or walk/run actual stairs)
Days 2 & 5Pushing Exercises & StomachStretch Pushups (chest) DB Flies (chest) BB Military Press (shoulders) DB Side Laterals (shoulders) Lying (over the head) Triceps Extensions (triceps) Stomach Superset (abs)
Days 3 & 6Pulling Exercises & LegsStretch Squats (legs/thighs) Calf Extensions (calves) DB Rows (back) BB Curls (bicep) DB Concentration Curls (bicep) DB Hammer Curls (forearms) DB Rev. Wrist Curls (wrists) ¼ Situps (abs)
Day 7Rest
Exercise and Burn that Sugar!
