Blog - Journal for January 2007This month I became forty. That mythical number that automatically makes a person old. Do I feel old? Well, maybe in some ways, however I feel young in many ways as well. Being 40 with diabetes also seems better than it did last month being in my 30s with diabetes. Either way at either age, I still do not like it. Well, to continue on with the diet and exercise . . . .
