Fight or Flight Response and My Blood Glucose Level

I almost got into a fight tonight while running.  The path I run on is right next to a highway and it is not well lit.  I almost got into a fight with two punks, but although I did not, it still brought on a rush of adrenaline. After I went on my way, I felt an adrenaline rush.  I took my blood a few minutes after coming home from running.  My blood glucose level was in the low 80’s last night and I wanted to see if this would affect tonight’s levels.  My blood level was 100, the highest it has been in at least two weeks.
